Bilingual scenario analysis for Saudi real estate

iAqar is a bilingual website for exploring Saudi real-estate investment scenarios. It makes the assumptions behind a scenario visible so different options can be compared. Explore the available inputs and results; a scenario is an estimate based on its assumptions, not a promised return.

My contribution: Built the bilingual product experience and the scenario-analysis workflow for the Saudi real-estate context.

Technical details

The bilingual workflow exposes purchase, operating-cost and potential-return assumptions as scenario inputs.

Changing an input recalculates the scenario so alternatives can be compared under explicit assumptions.

The public site demonstrates the available workflow. Scenario outputs depend on the supplied inputs and are not a promise of investment suitability or returns.
